Cleaning, mechanised
No occasion today, just the accumulated evidence on the floors. Here is a run of machines that do the job so you don't have to argue with yourself about whether now is a good time to mop.
Start modest: the eufy G50 hybrid vacuums and mops in one pass, with a comb built in specifically to stop it choking on hair, which is less a feature than an admission about what actually clogs robot vacuums.

If you'd rather hold the thing yourself, Philips' AquaTrio cordless vacuums and washes the floor in the same stroke, no cord to loop around furniture legs.

For anything a vacuum shrugs at, the Olvy 14-in-1 steam cleaner covers mop, carpet, upholstery and handheld steam from one touchscreen unit, at 125 degrees, which is the kind of number that makes grease reconsider its position.

A narrower version of the same idea, the Olvy Carpet Cleaner PRO, is built for sofas and mattresses specifically, a portable stain machine for the spots a mop never reaches.

Back to robots, and further up the spec sheet: eufy's C28 Omni self-cleans its own mop roller with hot water and dries it after, and claims 15,000Pa of suction, numbers that used to belong to upright vacuums, not something the size of a dinner plate.

At the top of this particular pile sits the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 3 set, which empties itself, washes its own mop and claims 25,000Pa, the kind of spec that suggests the engineers were having an argument with a rival lab rather than your living room.

For the comparison-minded, broader searches for robot vacuums, stick vacuums, steam cleaners and stain removers are where the rest of the field lives.
