How Lucky Am I - How Lucky Am I: An Uplifting 5 Minute Journal

A friend to help you remember what matters most, on good, bad and beautifully ordinary days. A beautifully illustrated 5-minute guided journal, featuring beloved skeleton Mr Skelly, who walks beside you as you reflect on the everyday moments that make up a life. Filled with thoughtful prompts, beautiful illustrations as well as space for you to write the story of your own life. A companion to Christian Watson's bestselling book How Lucky Am I. This little companion talks about many things and all of them involve you in some way. After all, this is your life, and this is your book. I truly hope you find the ability to put yourself down on paper. To share, write, draw and explore. And mostly, I hope that it brings you peace and comfort, like a dear friend offering you a fresh cup of tea after coming in from the cold rain. Venture onward. Fill this book with your life, and all the things you’re thankful for today. Because, in the end, we’re all made of the same bones – and every moment we have is something to be thankful for.
