The Polar Bear Who Came for Cocoa

The Tale of Bramble the Hedgehog One quiet morning, beneath the roots of an old oak tree, a small hedgehog named Bramble sets out on a simple adventure. The world around him feels full of wonder, rustling leaves, soft earth, and the promise of something just beyond the path he knows so well. Bramble has been given a clear warning. Stay close. Listen carefully. Do not wander into Mrs Butterworth's vegetable patch. But curiosity is a powerful thing. Just beyond the fence, something catches his eye. Bright, juicy apples resting in the grass. Too tempting to ignore. And before he knows it, Bramble has gone a little further than he should. What begins as a small moment of mischief quickly turns into something much bigger. Because getting in is easy. Getting out is not. As the garden grows quiet and a shadow begins to move, Bramble finds himself in trouble he cannot escape alone. In that moment, he starts to understand something important, about listening, about choices, and about what happens when we ignore good advice. But this is not just a story about mistakes. It is also a story about kindness, second chances, and the gentle lessons that stay with us long after the adventure ends. With soft woodland charm, calm storytelling, and a warm, reassuring ending, The Tale of Bramble the Hedgehog is a story children will want to hear again and again. Because sometimes, the lessons we remember most... are the ones we learn the hard way.
