This Is the Ivy League

Ivy League was voor het eerst te horen als achtergrondzang als sessiezangers voor The Who op hun hitsingle 'I Can't Explain' in 1964. Het originele trio bracht slechts één album uit, 'This is the Ivy League'. Met de singles 'Funny How Love Can Be', 'That's Why I'm Crying' en hun grootste hit aller tijden 'Tossing And Turning'. Ze werden succesvol gecoverd door de Nederlandse band The Buffoons met de nummers 'My World Fell Down' en 'Tomorrow Is Another Day'. Alle hits staan op deze cd.
