Musings of MegaloManian

This book is a compilation of emails that my (late) father, Subramanyan R, periodically sent out to his friends, and family. He was a loving grandfather, father, and husband… and passed away, in April 2022, at 91. He was academically brilliant, Chief Electrical Engineer by Profession, and a passionate teacher, of Mathematics and Physics. A vocal Atheist, he was very well-read, and known for his strong opinions, and debates, on Philosophy, Religion, and Politics! His writings are witty, sarcastic, poetic, sometimes tongue-in-cheek, but always powerful, and passionate. Someone once called him “MegaloManian” in jest, a combination of his name (Subramanyan - Manian) and a megalomaniac, given the many strong opinions he had! He liked that name, so this compilation is titled “The Musings of MegaloManian”.
