When you use it for the first time until the water enters the circuit while the pump absorbs, you hear sounds and no steam comes out, but it does not come out at all. Secondly, if it has been used and steam ceases to come out, it is advisable to add anti-scale deposits to the water to clean the circuit. (Of course, do not use it with clothes during this process until everything is removed) 1. Make sure the water tank is filled between minimum and high.2. Remove the water tank and check the small gray ball (see photo) that is near the water inlet. 3. Try to gently roll the small ball with your finger. There may be an air bubble in the water inlet hose of the device. Gently shake the device up and down while pressing the steam button to remove the air bubble (be careful, the device may suddenly start to vape). After the air bubble is removed, the device should start steaming.
