Home For Christmas

An orphan boy wakes on his bed of straw in a cattle-shed and spends his day looking after market animals, hoping no one will find his hideaway. But that night, he sees a man and a woman with a tiny baby, surrounded by the cattle. Holding the baby's hand, he learns for the first time how it feels to belong. One day, a homeless boy wonders what it would be like to feel the warmth and love of a family, and during the night he is woken by a bright light and the sound of a baby crying... This nativity story takes a new slant on a traditional story, lyrically exploring the twin themes of home and belonging that have become synonymous with Christmas.
