King of Style II: Dressing Michael Jackson is a lavishly illustrated memoir by fashion designer Michael Bush, as told to acclaimed author David Wild. Michael Bush was stylist, designer, confidante and friend to one of the 20th century’s most influential human beings. With his late partner, Dennis Tompkins, “Bush” (as Jackson fondly called him) was responsible for creating the star’s dazzling stage costumes.
