New tools bring new work, new visitors, and new demands on the hands that keep the water flowing and the watchers awake. The System can measure strength. It cannot settle every argument over a borrowed edge, a damaged vessel, or who gets the next dry place. Unga and Enk need more than a clever combat trick to hold their growing home together.
