Another Day in Paradise Lost.- I'm Just a Fish

Book 6: I'm Just a FishZander Grey was born with the unshakable view that the world was a chaotic circus-and that he was perfectly suited to ringmaster it. Escaping the leafy green suburbs of Melbourne for the rain-slicked streets of the inner city, he drifts through never-to-make-it bands and pretentious cafes. This is the flickering journey of a charismatic guitarist who uses a fake smile to scramble out of a dying live music scene into commercial success, only to discover that the legendary "Lucky Country" exists mostly in artificially sweetened nostalgia and lukewarm white wine.
