The Honey Pot Home

Ruby and Bobby arrive at a cosy cottage at the edge of the woods, feeling unsure and carrying more than just their backpacks. In the care of Mr and Mrs Honey Pot, two gentle bears who open their home to children who need a safe place, Ruby and Bobby begin to discover comfort, care, and the courage to hope again. This tender story gently explains foster care to young children - including why some families can't stay together, what social workers and judges do, and how grown-ups are working hard to help. With warmth, honesty, and love, The Honey Pot Home reminds every child that they are never to blame, and never alone. Perfect for children ages 3-7 navigating change, or for the grown-ups supporting them.
