Zapp

There are two ways to read Zapp , first it is a detective story. The reader is invited to travel with Joe into the 12th dimension and see empowerment as a mysterious lightening bolt, zapping employees with energy and enthusiasm. Readers will soon realize how to bring the lightning of empowerment into their organisation. But Zapp is also a practical guide. Each chapter ends with a summary of the key principles of empowerment.
