The Adventures of Penelope Polka Dot 3 - The Polka Dot Tutu

While Penelope dressed for her first ballet class, did she imagine the Sugar Plumb Fairy dancing in her head? Not! She only wanted to wear ballet slippers and a tutu, but no ordinary tutu . . . Penelope dreamt of wearing a stunning, dazzling, and colourful tutu like her friend Nina's Bo Peep doll. She knew that only one person, with her angelic touch, could make such a tutu. The little ballerina had high hopes that her Nana would lend a helping hand in this new adventure.
