Your Future Your Choice

How often do we think about leaving a legacy as we are starting our careers? Early years are more often filled with far more immediate questions than reflections about the future legacy we hope to leave. Barry Bowater has taken a giant step toward enabling us to do both. Using a series of cleverly designed diagrams and charts, focusing on important aspects of each person’s immediate and future life, Barry presents steps we can all use to work through our key life decisions. Applying decades of his own experience as a diplomat, and a leader in business and ministry, he complements it with wise advice from successful businesspeople, well-known church leaders, politicians, diplomats, and sports heroes he has known. They remind us that “life is so much more than what we do; it is equally the motivation behind it, driven by the voices who influence our values, vision, and purpose, yet always grounded in our relationship with God. This book is not only a legacy blueprint for next-generation leaders, but is also a practical step-by-step guide to anyone’s growth on their faith journey. It is a dynamic and practical blueprint that the reader can use as they write their own unique legacy on their journey through life."
