This essay deals with the independence process in Catalonia. The failure of a high-profile political operation has led to the deepest institutional crisis since the Transition. Beyond interested stories, the process may be described as a sum of irresponsibility. Holder of a fast, close and playful style, always excellently informed -and perhaps for that reason sometimes controversial-, Jordi Amat is one of the greatest essayists of his generation.
