Azimuth

After facing extinction from the misuse of nanotechnology in the early twenty-second century, humanity was saved by the Azimuth: a powerful quantum computer which enables consciousness immortality and rebirth. Connected through brain computer interfaces, the same survivors have lived for three centuries in technological protopias free of conflict, suffering, and the fear of death. Ada Lovell, one of the proud creators of the Azimuth, is confident that this technology is the answer to humanity’s enduring future. But when an existential threat emerges, unimaginable horrors force her to venture beyond the sanctuary of her city and her convictions. Ada and Buckyball, her bioengineered horse, must race against this menace to ensure humanity’s fate.
