The Vanishing German Summer

It’s the opportunity of a lifetime when Kristin Hollinger is awarded a writing fellowship in idyllic Southern Germany. Six months of undisturbed writing among quaint villages and medieval castles is a dream come true, and her only reluctance is leaving behind a close-knit group of intercessors that have become like family to her.But storm clouds are on the horizon, back at home and also abroad, and a relationship further complicates the path of the aspiring authoress. As Kristin weaves stories drawn from her fairytale surrounds, she strives to ignore a world that seems to be resting on a powder keg. But a decision must be made that will weigh the lives of others against the desires of Kristin’s own heart.
