Guofeng in the Book of Songs

The king always protects the development of the country in an open-minded and inclusive manner. The economy is rapidly recovering and developing, ushering in a moderately prosperous society. The king uses emotionally challenging methods for ordinary people to accept and forgive evil, guiding those who misbehave towards goodness. The country can successfully overcome the middle-income trap and enter the ranks of developed countries. The king constantly promotes ordinary laborers with low status but talent to take charge of the country's politics. The ideal society is one in which everyone is a king.
