Rico the Chihuahua thought law was simply civilized barking - louder wins. Tank the Rottweiler saw it as community service with teeth. Together, they turned a backyard arbitration service into the largest canine-owned legal network in the country, with offices from Biscayne Bay to Biscuit, Kansas. They've argued leash-law reform before the Supreme Pawrt, negotiated peace between rival mail carriers, and even filed a class action against the makers of squeaky toys that stop squeaking after five minutes.
