High Fashion Dance Music Vol. 6

V/A - High Fashion Dance Music Vol. 6. The legendary mix series that began in 1982 and triumphantly returned in 2021 after a 35-year hiatus is now on its 6th volume!

Once again, Ben Liebrand locked himself away in the studio to dive deep into both the latest releases and the rich musical legacy of High Fashion Music. The result? A seamless blend of the finest Soul, Funk, and (Nu-)Disco—featuring nothing but illustrious names. Just a few of the standout artists include Donna Allen, T-Connection, BB&Q Band, Adventures of Stevie V, Nicole, and TJM. But that’s not all—this volume also features exclusive, previously unreleased (but soon-to-be-released) tracks by Ben Liebrand himself and Moplen. You won’t want to miss Moplen’s stunning remix of Small Circle of Friends from Tom Moulton’s TJM project, or the surprising collaboration between Ben and Timmy Thomas! With remix contributions from Michael Gray, Dr Packer, David Morales, Moplen, Martin Boer, and of course the master himself, this is a non-stop journey of dance remixes—expertly mixed into one continuous flow by Ben Liebrand. 1.
