The Drive To Relentless Success

Courage means that you have the strength to face whatever comes your way and overcome it, even when it is difficult. Courage and resilience are closely related, and when you have the right balance of both, you can bounce back even after suffering a major defeat, loss or tragedy. You can learn from the mistakes you make and accept that they are important to help you move forward in life with a positive outlook. Above all, grit and resilience mean that you will not fall at the first hurdle, but that you will persevere and persist in the pursuit of your ambitions and dreams, whatever they may be and whatever the rest of the world may say, and thus overcome the challenges you encounter along the way. In this book, we have looked at why grit, resilience and the growth mindset they produce are so important in overcoming adversity and learning to thrive in the face of life's challenges. We have also looked at the fact that grit and resilience are not something you are born with, but something you can develop, enhance and hone to become even stronger and more capable of coping, even when the going gets tough.
