In celebration of global craftsmanship, from the glittering new Dries Van Noten headquarters in VeniceHoused within Venice's historic Palazzo Pisani Moretta, the Dries Van Noten Foundation celebrates craftsmanship as a living expression of cultural identity. In April 2026, the Foundation opened a space for dialogue and collaboration between established masters and emerging talents across the fields of art, design, fashion, architecture, gastronomy and beyond. This volume tells the story of the Foundation's inaugural project, The Only True Protest Is Beauty, which features a rich selection of garments, photographs, jewelry, furnishings and other exceptional examples of craftsmanship from around the world.
