Scientific Calculators Treatises and Manuals-The NumWorks Scientific and Graphing Calculator

The present treatise - The NumWorks Scientific and Graphing Calculator: A Graduate Treatise from Elementary Calculation to Python, Modelling, Data, and Applied Mathematics - is, in the long run, a small but reliable introduction to the use of the NumWorks graphing calculator in the contexts where mathematics is, in the long run, useful. The treatise is, in the strict sense, a graduate treatise: it presumes a working familiarity with the elementary methods of the secondary-school mathematics (the algebra, the trigonometry, the elementary calculus), and it proceeds, in a small but reliable manner, to the more elaborate methods of the undergraduate and early-graduate curriculum (the numerical methods, the probability and statistics, the Python programming, the applied modelling). The treatise is, however, not a textbook in the strict sense: the treatise is, in the long run, a companion to the device, and the device is, in the long run, a companion to the practice.
