Principal Pro

The Principal Pro is a collection of real life case studies from the author's administrative tenure in urban education. She deliberately and strategically selects events to share using the power of real storytelling (interjected with appropriate humor) to illustrate likely scenarios most programs do not prepare today's leaders to face. The Principal Pro also provides tips after each case study (event) to pull out lessons learned and tips for the seasoned and neophyte administrators alike to consider and learn from 20/20 hindsight.
