Welcome to my downside up life! My name is Ariana and I want to explain what it's like to have pathological demand avoidance from my perspective. I'll try and show you why I am the way I am from inside my own head and why I often feel like I have to control the things around me by avoiding demands as much as I can. Most people just think I'm naughty and misbehaved, but I want to show you why that's not true by telling you about what my life is like from inside my head.
