Exploring Motivational Strategies in Egyptian Tertiary EFL Classes

This book sheds light on the motivational strategies employed in Egyptian university EFL classes, drawing on Zoltán Dörnyei's Taxonomy of Motivational Strategies. It explores teachers' perspectives on factors that enhance student motivation, as well as the challenges they face in fostering it. In addition, students express their expectations for more motivating EFL classes and identify the demotivating factors they experience.
