Retire + Die

Book 3: Retire + DieThe system calls it an administrative error; Paul Dare discovers it is something far more sinister. While his life settles into ageing irrelevance on the Holiday Coast, Dare's peaceful early retirement is abruptly terminated when a bureaucratic glitch flags 143 unexplained deaths at a local clinic. With no witnesses and a state-sanctioned cover-up in play, Dare dives headfirst into a world of corrupt systems and a "sea change" paradise gone wrong. Before the modern regime took over, there was the Coast-and the tides washing away our messy realities.
