My RSVP

Take My RSVP, a prayer guide based on the book The Pleasure of His Company, and find a place away from all that might distract you. Enjoy a two-way conversation with God. Hear His words through Scripture. “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest” (Mark 6:31 NIV). Let His thoughts guide your thoughts and words. Accept His invitation and respond to Him in prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, it is with sincere appreciation that I accept Your invitation to enjoy the pleasure of Your company. I am delighted to “come with Jesus to a quiet place and get some rest” (Mark 6:31). Please help me to “be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, understanding that this is your will for me in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:17–18).
