Examination of Liberia's Public Sector HRM (MOCI) 2009-2012

This Research Examination is designed as a descriptive research which is concentrated on Human Resource Management, Motivation, and Appraisal at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the period 2009-2012. At every public and private entity the Human Resource Division, Unit, or Section is established purposely to identify or develop valid method for selecting/recruiting/hiring staff, caving work design, job analysis, training and development, compensation, counseling, team building, performance management, motivation and appraisal, and staff Health and Safety issues. Making it pivotal and necessary to review or access the amount of productivity and improvement that Human Resource Management contributed to the employees, the Administration of the Ministry of Commerce, and the Liberian society at Large.
