The Supreme Grand Master instructed the Pages to ascertain if all present were qualified to remain, and being so reported the meeting was opened in the usual formal manner and proceeded to the transaction of business. The first order of business was the reading of the minutes of the last annual meeting. On motion made, seconded and carried, the reading of the minutes was dispensed with, they having been previously published in Desmos.
