The Ironwolf Legacy- Heart of the Wolf

Lady Astrid Ravenscroft has always defied the expectations of English nobility. But when Viking raiders storm her family's manor, she finds herself claimed by their mysterious chieftain, Bjorn Ironwolf. A man who harbors secrets as dangerous as the hunger in his ice-blue eyes. Taken to his northern stronghold, Astrid discovers her captor is more than he seems. Bjorn rules his clan with absolute authority yet treats her with a gentleness that defies his savage reputation. As she navigates life among the Vikings, she can't ignore the strange behavior of his warriors... their impossible strength, their fluid grace, the way their eyes seem to glow in firelight. But when rival clans threaten their borders, Astrid must choose between the life she knew and a destiny she never imagined. For Bjorn's wolf has recognized its mate, and the moon mother herself has whispered prophecy in Astrid's ear. To claim her place as alpha female will require more than just accepting Bjorn's love - it will demand she become something more than human. In the northern territories, love is measured in blood and loyalty, and a wolf's heart, once given, is forever. HEART OF THE WOLF is the first book in the sweeping IRON WOLF LEGACY series.
