The Athena Trilogy- Athena's Wrath

With Athena's Wrath, New York Times bestselling author W. Michael Gear brings the multilayered and provocative Athena Trilogy to an unsettling and stunning conclusion. Determined to rescue Christal Anaya, Sheela Marks plays the role of a lifetime as she adopts her Oscar-nominated character of "Jennifer Weaver" in order to infiltrate the shadowy organization known as Genesis Athena. When she's ferried to the mysterious ZoeGen-a converted cruise ship hovering off the Eastern seaboard-her forbidden love, bodyguard Lymon Bridges, barely manages to catch up. Meanwhile, locked away in her cabin aboard ZoeGen, Christal discovers the ship has been converted into a sinister genetics laboratory and hospital. She must risk everything in a desperate bid to escape. If she fails, the only thing waiting for her is a watery grave. In the end, Sheela must gamble her life and soul. But win, lose, or draw, the price will be more than she can conceive. Genesis Athena has pulled its dark and perverse web around her and the man she loves-and there is no hope of escape. Compelling and insidiously realistic, Athena's Wrath is at once unsettling, addictive...and terrifyingly predictive.
