This book is an excellent contextualisation of what can be described as “Man and Masculinity”, what one should be and the challenges faced by those currently navigating its landscape in contemporary society. The Author, through life’s experiences, mentors and firm beliefs, provides his own rational and pragmatic approach to dispelling “anti-masculine narratives”. He aims to share how he has shaped his own destiny as “Man” to impart knowledge onto others searching for the answers within this current, poorly viewed climate and perception of what is “Masculinity”. For those looking for guidance on self-discovery, building and maintaining their own masculine identity, this is definitely a captivating, enhancing and thought provoking read. “Shane Sanctifi” Consulting professional Army veteran Master Trainer Coach/Mentor
