Growens

Growens is the result of a long conversation with Nazzareno Gorni, founder and long-time CEO of Growens (formerly MailUp), re-elaborated and structured to combine authenticity with clarity. The book presents a critical narrative of how a technology company was born in Cremona and grew into an international group listed on the stock exchange. The focus is on the turning points, contradictions, and decisions that shaped its path. Through Gorni's voice, the reader encounters the challenges of building a business in a still-immature market, the tensions among founders, the compromises of governance, the phases of internationalization, and the risks and opportunities of listing on the stock exchange. The story closes with the company's most recent transformation: the creation of Beefree, a global startup developed in Silicon Valley around an innovative product, with the ambition to become the standard in its field.
