Hockey Gods

Hockey Gods – A brutal tournament. A deadly game. A forbidden destiny. For centuries, the North States and the South Country have been locked in endless war. Now, for the first time in living memory, a divine summons calls both sides to unite beneath a single banner—the Tournament of the Gods. The battleground: the fabled Mt. August, home of the immortals. The prize: fortune, glory, and favor from the gods themselves. An outcast in her own village, Nataliya lives in shame. Branded a burden and forbidden to play the sacred sport of the gods for one reason—she is a woman—she has spent her life in the shadows. But when her dearest friend dies in her arms, Nataliya makes a vow that will change her fate forever. Disguised as a lad, she sets out alone across a perilous land to prove that courage knows no gender. Far to the north, Calder, a weary war veteran haunted by blood and loss, dreams only of peace. But when outlaws destroy his home, vengeance pulls him back into the fight. Summoned by the gods and desperate to drown his pain in battle, he sets his sights on Mt. August—where glory and death are promised in equal measure. As Nataliya and Calder’s paths collide, they must fight side by side through monstrous forests, dark magic, and their own haunted pasts. But in a world where the gods are watching and the ice runs red with blood, love may be the most dangerous game of all. When the puck drops, only one truth remains: on sacred ice, heroes are made, legends are broken, and even the gods bleed.
