The Art of Hotel Transylvania 2 showcases the incredible artwork featured in the upcoming animated fantasy comedy film produced by Sony Pictures Animation, Hotel Transylvania 2 , directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and They’re back - Dracula, Frankenstein, Wayne, Griffin, Murray, Drac’s beloved daughter Mavis, and her human husband Johnny! Now open to humans, everything seems to be changing for the better at Hotel Transylvania, especially with the arrival of Dracula’s half-monster, half-human grandson Dennis. But behind closed coffins, Drac worries that Dennis may not be a vampire and plans a “monster-in-training” boot camp. Meanwhile, Drac’s very old-school dad Vlad comes for a visit. And when he finds out that his great-grandson is not a pureblood - and that humans are welcome at Hotel Transylvania - things quickly get batty! The Art of Hotel Transylvania 2, with a foreword by Genndy Tartakovsky, goes behind the scenes of this animated monster movie to showcase the amazing artwork created by the Sony Pictures Animation artists as they worked to bring new monsters to life, develop distinct looks for the human and monster worlds, and push the exaggerated animation style that’s helped make Hotel Transylvania 2 such a hit.
