Red Riding Hood

At 53, Rose believes she knows her family history. Then photographs, letters and documents begin to contradict the story she has believed for decades. Living in Buenos Aires, she starts looking for answers. But every discovery raises another question: what really happened, what was left unsaid, and how much of her own identity was built on a version of the past created by other people? Red Riding Hood: The Letter from the Wolf is a contemporary novel about family memory, identity and the unsettling moment when the story you inherited no longer fits the evidence. This is not a conventional fairy-tale retelling. It is a story about a woman at 53 confronting the past and deciding how much power it should have over the rest of her life.
