Moonshell Pier Shifters 3 - Pier Pressure

A temporary bond with an icy orca alpha was supposed to save Moonshell Pier—not leave Jude risking his heart for the one Voss he swore he’d never trust. Moonshell Pier is one vote away from permanent protection. Too bad the only path to saving it runs straight through the one pack omega Jude Mercer trusts least. Otter omega Jude has spent years repairing the historic rides, patching storm damage, and keeping Moonshell’s half-chaotic, fully magical boardwalk alive with tools, sarcasm, and pure stubborn devotion. After everything the pier has survived—storms, sabotage, legal attacks, and a luxury resort developer circling like a shark—Jude is finally ready to secure its future. Kieran was raised to be the perfect tide-pack heir, but beneath the polish is a lonely alpha trying to stop his own family from destroying the coast. Jude does not want to trust him. He definitely does not want to want him. But Kieran’s patience, honesty, and quiet devotion keep slipping past every defense Jude has left. When evidence reveals Kieran’s father has been helping Halcyon…
