Banana Boat

In this girl-powered early graphic novel with Moana vibes, a determined younger sister proves no one is too little to learn something new! Every kid in Tia’s community has a banana boat. Tia wants to build her own, just like her brother’s. But everyone says she's too young to build a boat. Can she prove them wrong? Tia knows she'll need wood, sticks, and fabric. She'll need to take measurements. And she'll need to shape her boat like a banana. No problem! Except... oops! it's a little harder than it looks. Follow Tia as she makes a plan, encounters obstacles, and adjusts accordingly. (With a bit of help from her brother...) If Tia can do it, so can you!
