Liability for Damage Caused by Autonomous Vehicles contains an assessment of how the current rules for product liability, traffic liability and fault liability could be applied to autonomous vehicles within six EU member states (viz. It identifies three solution models, which are analyzed and evaluated as to each model’s pros and cons, incorporating the different arguments and perspectives in the current debate and actual initiatives and developments in the member states.
