Amusing Artistry with Polymer Clay

This book has nine tutorials, each with step-by-step instructions accompanied by colour photographs to make following them simple and fun. The projects include six animals - ponies, reindeer, owls, chickens, turtles and dachshunds - and three non-animal projects, fairy houses, steampunk, and a kaleidoscope cane. Throughout the tutorials there are 19 different canes taught, which can be used in a variety of other projects, and the basic clay techniques needed for cane making. It shows you how to incorporate polymer clay canes into characters and projects to make them into unique and fun creations. Each project provides opportunity for the artist to adapt it to their own design, encouraging creativity and exploration while still following the basic stages of the project. It is suitable for complete beginners to more experienced clayers, and aims to inspire and encourage creativity.
